This was my third course with Tastesmiths, after the Master of Whiskey and the Bourbon Certification. I just finished the Tequila Certification and it was just as thorough and well-presented as the others. They're really consistent with the quality of their material and the instructors' expertise. I keep coming back because I know I'll get a solid education that's recognized. The content is always up-to-date and engaging. Highly recommend if you're serious about spirits education.

Good course, needs better support

I recently completed the Certified Scotch Professional program. The content was really solid, very comprehensive, and I learned a lot about Scotch. The online platform was easy enough to navigate, though sometimes the video player was a bit finicky. My main gripe was with customer support; I had a question about one of the modules and it took almost three days to get a response. For the price, I expected a quicker turnaround. Overall, a good program for knowledge, but they could definitely improve on responsiveness for inquiries.

Detailed Gin Certification experience

I enrolled in the Gin Certification course last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. I received access to the online portal almost immediately after purchase. The course itself was well-structured, starting with the history of gin and moving into botanicals, production methods, and different styles.
